What are credits?

Credits are a monthly allowance included with every subscription plan. They are used to power certain features that require server-side processing or real-time delivery. Currently, this means push notifications sent to your Control Center app. More credit-based features, such as voice-to-text transcription, are planned for the future.

How many credits do I get?

Every active subscription plan includes 1,000 free credits per month, regardless of the plan tier (PRO or ULTIMATE).

Credits reset automatically at the start of each months. Unused credits do not carry over. The balance is topped up to 1,000 each month.

What uses credits?

Currently, credits are consumed by push notifications delivered to your Control Center app. Each notification sent to your device costs 1 credit.

The following notification types each consume 1 credit when triggered:

  • 18+ Content Detected - when inappropriate content is found on the monitored device
  • Keyword Detected - when a configured keyword appears in keylogger, Digital Eye, or notifications data
  • Battery Low - when the device battery drops below the configured threshold
  • App Install / Uninstall - when an app is installed or removed
  • Airplane Mode - when airplane mode is toggled on the device
  • New Unlock Photos - when new face unlock photos are captured
  • Device Power On / Off - when the device is powered on or off
What happens when credits run out?

When your credit balance reaches zero, notifications simply stop being delivered until the balance resets at the start of the next month. You will not be charged any extra fees. The system gracefully pauses notifications rather than incurring additional costs.

All other monitoring features continue to work normally regardless of your credit balance.

Where can I see my credit balance?

You can check your current credit balance and transaction history in two places:

  • In the Control Center section of the monitor. The credit bar is shown at the top of the page along with the time until the next monthly reset.
  • In your profile under the Credits tab, where you can also browse the full transaction history showing how each credit was consumed or added.
Why did we introduce credits?

Over time we have been continuously adding new features to AllTracker without raising our prices. We want to keep growing our product and delivering more value to our users, and so far we have managed to do that while keeping subscription costs the same.

However, certain new features (like push notifications and upcoming AI-powered tools) come with real infrastructure costs on our side: server processing, third-party delivery services, and compute resources. These costs grow with usage, which makes a flat subscription price difficult to sustain for heavy users.

Our decision was not to raise prices for everyone. Instead, we introduced credits to allow normal everyday usage completely within the included monthly allowance, while giving users who need more the option to purchase additional credits. This way, most users pay nothing extra, and those with heavier usage can choose to extend their limits.

In a world where prices seem to be going up everywhere, we believe this is a fairer approach. We want to keep AllTracker accessible and affordable for as long as we possibly can.

Coming soon

Credits are designed to support a growing set of AI-powered and on-demand features. Planned additions include:

  • Voice-to-text transcription of call recordings and audio files
  • Additional AI-assisted analysis features
  • API access

As new features are introduced, each will clearly indicate how many credits it consumes.
